As I look back through the years, I can see the images of the people I sheared the Spirit of things and start to think if I was too involved with my own feelings and not theirs. but the times are always changing, all I can say is Aloha. Aloha means; we are all of the same Spirit. A you mater thing.

I can't think how many times I've lost a loved one with no notice, or at least too short of a notice, and I always find myself promising to do better with the loved ones I have left. I love James Taylor's song "Shower the People" for it's simple yet necessary message. Every minute of every day we should shower the people we love with love. Every day.
