If they were looking for illegal drugs and they know each other, isn't the
guy attacked likely a drug dealer?
we seriously need to reform our court system. These gentlemen had offenses is
latest 2013 and are still running loose on the streets. I would also guess that
drugs are probably involved. There should have been mandatory probation which
includes drug testing for a lengthy period after any of these types of offenses
given the age of the offenders. It's time we look very closely at the
judges we choose to keep during the elections. Nobody really follows these
candidate that closely but it definitely affects the quality of life for all of
us. Most judges get voted back in consistently when really the opposite should
probably be the norm.
Apparently Utah courts have a revolving door policy regarding violent offenders.
These guys are lucky they are not dead. There are many homes in Utah where they
would have been killed for such a stunt. Given that anyone can claim to be the
police, police would be wise not to do no knock warrants or similar unless its
an absolute necessity. Arresting a drug dealer doesn't count. That's
how a policeman got killed in Ogden several months ago.
Never ending supply of punks.
