    Also consider that there are ever increasing amounts of vehicles on the road and more people jockeying for lanes and space. Some people are just rude and inconsiderate, others with suspect driving skills, and many others who are distracted with phones and radio controls.Common sense may be the single largest missing factor when we start to complain and indict Utah drivers on their poor driving habits.

    I don't think any one want to wreck their car. But it happens, caused by lighting a smoke or looking to the right instead of the left. Distractions are all around, all you can do is adjust the mirrors, seat and the radio before you pull out in traffic.

    New Laws, ban this ban that. I thought we ALREADY had a law in place for driving while texting/anything. Its called wreck-less driving, and there are a few variations. But if you are on your phone endangering others, why not get a warning or wreck-less driving ticket? Why did we have to make a NEW law?
