So much for all those "experts" that said he would only go until the fourth or fifth round. Time now for KVN and Ziggy to wreak havoc in the NFL. It is going to be fun to watch the Lions this year.

Lions are my favorite team now! Kyle and Ziggy will be awesome together!

P.S. Two straight years BYU gets a guy picked before utah. Should continue in the future.

33 years after watching Jim McMahon lead BYU to the Miracle Bowl win versus SMU, I was privileged to watch Kyle Van Noy single-handedly destroy SDSU in the same stadium.

It's amazing to see KVN and Ziggy reunited in Detroit - two of my all-time favorite and most respected BYU players!

How can this be? I thought Trevor Riley was the best prospect in the state? Don't they know that Trevor plays for the 12th best team in the Pac 10+2 while Kyle plays a bunch of nobodies like Notre Dame, Texas, and Wisconsin? The NFL coaches have no idea what they're doing!

The BYU Express in Detroit! Should be fun for the former roommates to play alongside each other again.

10 years from now...hind-sight will tell the tale of why KVN should have been taken earlier.

And people don't believe in evolution?

Here's a lion transforming into a cougar.

Don't be surprised if another cougar gets drafted to Detroit.

Ziggy and KVN, two outstanding young men with unique paths to the NFL, because of their hard work, and Bronco's faith in them.

Lions and Cougars, oh my!

Congratulations KVN!

Through two rounds: No Oregon, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, Wisconsin or Utah players selected.

Another interesting tidbit - since 2009, no B1G players have been selected in the Top 10 picks.

Wow, almost done with the third round and not a Ute has been chosen. How is that PAC 10+ 2 membership treating U? I guess it does pay to be the ESPN darlings and on TV every week as opposed to being the PAC 10 +2 doormats and seeing little to no coverage. Question, where do you go to get seen by the scouts and get drafted? Not the mighty Utes and their beloved PAC 10+ 2 membership. Hey a mid major in their eyes had as many players taken in the first round as the Conference of Champions.

Good on Kyle.

Silly "fans", does that make up for 14-7, 0-4 and *nobody wants you*?

We are extremely pleased for you KVN. Now we expect great things out of you and your old buddy, playing together again. The Lions scored in getting you, and moved picks to ensure they did so. That speaks volumes of what they think of you and expect of you. You can do it, and we support you. Now go do it, and enjoy.

Obviously they want us because they picked KVN before any of U

All Y fans!

Kyle Van Noy has never beaten Utah in his college career. He even dubbed last year's Utah-BYU game as his "Super Bowl" and still lost.

Oh well, I guess BYU fans are satisfied with moral victories now.
