@HutteriteOn the other hand, most people go into IT because they
think it's a hi-tech job where they get to work with computers and other
cool technology. But that's not true - IT isn't a technology job,
it's a customer service job. Schools do a great job teaching these kids
how to code and build computers, but they don't even talk about how to deal
with an angry user. It's no surprise that IT professionals seem to be
stressed out by the people-facing aspect of the job.
Clearly, some people are simply not capable of using a computer, and others have
issues where they shouldn't even be employed near technology. That's
not the guru's fault, that's for sure.
