Most schools already are closed campuses.

How do you enforce it? It costs money to have trackers and security guards to prevent kids from leaving. We all know how this state feels about spending money on public education...

And what do you do when an army of parents rant about how freedoms are being taken away?

Those are the issues that educators are dealing with and why closed campuses are completely ineffective here in Utah.
