Letter: Concern for Boston

    Personally, I think this is being overblown a bit. The bombing was a one off, not at and because it was the Boston marathon but because it was a place with a crowd and publicity. It could have been anywhere, and unfortunately probably will be.
    I think a better response is shown by the British, kind of an understated 'keep calm and carry on' approach. I remember when I was young the IRA always seemed to be blowing stuff up in London regularly and yet people just went on with resolve and dignity. Same thing after more recent incidents.
    It's good that the marathon continues. It should. The real demonstration of resolve in my eyes not boasting about it, but doing it.
