I read that stuff too. I goggled to see what I could find out. What I found is
there isn't any nutrition in coconut. I wouldn't use it as an oil.
Tasty milk and I like the flakes of the meat. But If I like tasty cardboard I
would microwave. That takes nutrition out of food.
