"Let the Holy Spirit guide" seems like good advice to follow in circumstances like this one. We can't know who does or does not want us to reach out to them, and our ability to analyze a situation based on sight alone is unreliable. I, too, though, have felt regret for not doing more when I felt prompted to.

I figure that the ole guy had plenty of money, he wouldn't be in their in the first place. The hat is a statement, I'm hear. I think he was there for human contact, to be recognized as a fellow human-been, and hope that someone would say, Hello, nice hat. You did it right. Guys want to be Respecter. Girls want to be loved, no matter what age.
