11 total games on national networks for the entire conference?

LOL. And most of those 11 were the out of conference games played on national newtworks because of the opponent - not because of the WAC team.

You will never understand that people normally root for their teams, not conference affiliations. Most teams, BYU and USU have yearly success where other teams, that will not be named have to rely on their conference to do well because their team sure does not get the job done. Good luck aggies, cant wait to play you this fall!! At least someone in the state is still up the the challenge!

Chris, did you even read the article? It stated the Ags played 11 nationally televised games last season, along with 2 regionally televised games.

The Mountain West Conference hasn't yet finalized its TV schedule this year, but I can tell you there will be a heck of a lot more than just 11 televised games for the whole conference.

Chris, that isn't completely true, aside from what has been posted by others. National networks often pick up interesting games. Nationally USU is seen as the scrappy underdog, the type of team people like to root for. UU is seen as a has been.

Hey Chris B, what drives U? Always the first to comment and ridicule the "little regional program" at USU. You have some ax to grind? USU football is generating more excitement than the Utes at the moment, it is, as Wells said, a great time to be an AGGIE. Too bad you can't enjoy the fun. And as you know, the Aggies should not be in a conference where they can't compete, just as Harvard shouldn't be in anything but the Ivy League. But being competitive in a conference makes for a great football season. Good luck to the Utes, but I fear they are bottom dwellers for the foreseeable future.

The Mountain West has updated their TV schedule and more details have come to light on our other games as well. The Ags will be on national TV at least 10 times this year. That number can go up, too!

Chris B will probably disagree, but this is better coverage than what the Utes will get this year with the PAC-12 network. DirecTV still hasn't picked up that network and I doubt that changes this season. In all, I bet at least 4 of the Utes' games will be on the PAC-12 network, which means a large swath of the country won't be able to watch those games.

That's 1/3 of the season practically wasted right there if U want good exposure!!
