Pretty slow news day.

This didn't really work, did it?

Farmington, UT

You guys always love you some Cougs and Utes. A little curious why anybody would leave Weber's Joel Bolomboy off their team. The NCAA's #6 rebounder at 10.8 per game, who pulled down 16 against Arizona in the NCAA's causing Arizona coach Sean Miller to observe, “Their power forward, I believe, will play in the NBA — unbelievable rebounder." And one would surmise given Miller's lineup that he knows what a potential NBA player might look like...

And with so many low-flying play-makers, it might be nice to add one high-flyer for that occasional crowd pleasing dunk.

Of course Salt Lake sports writers have a solid tradition of over-looking Weber State players who might do well in the NBA (cough, cough, Damian Lillard — who also got little coverage when he played in Odgen). You might want to rethink a pedestrian Medlin, or a too streaky Carlino. Bolomboy is an easy choice over those two.
