Cottonwood Heights, UT

Over 200 watched! That was less than 1 person for every 200 seats! Couldn't resist!

Because of the lack of coverage by the Deseret News of major college softball games readers may not be aware of the following. Utah lost (by 1 run) to the number 3 ranked Oregon Ducks. However, more important than the game was the dedication of the new softball complex.
The $5.2 million "Ute Softball Stadium seats 1,410 and includes
an indoor batting area, outdoor batting and pitching cages for both teams, and
dugouts with restrooms. Six banks of stadium lights allow the team to play
night games. With temporary bleacher seating, the field will be eligible to
host NCAA tournaments."
So great to see what is happening with Utah athletics and to reap the benefits of PAC-12 membership! Go Utes.

Good to see a BYU team win at AT&T Park. Too bad it wasn't the football team.
