    It's a good program. I just think it should be expanded to any kid who needs tutoring. Targeting some kids to save money just means that the kid who doesn't fit the description may be the first in his family to be dirt poor.

    We will need to keep awareness of this program up. Partly to save it from being shut down 'to save tax dollars', notwithstanding it actually creates tax dollars by helping people earn a better living.
