If somebody is just booked on a felony charge, they haven not yet been convicted. And yet a DNA extraction would be compulsory? Hmmmmm.

Why not just take everybody's DNA? Say . . . when they get a driver's license or state ID.

After all . . . "If you didn't do anything, you don't have anything to fear. But if you do have something, this is hardly an invasion of privacy."
