Doesn't anyone get bothered than a 14 year old was trafficked from Pennsylvania to Utah to deliver a child that was later given to a Tennessee couple? I don't believe she is old enough to consent to the act, I certain do not. think she is old enough to consent to being dragged about the country and her child placed with another family. It should not be allowed that a woman can leave the state she resides in without the home state laws applying. Maybe this man could not halt the adoption? I would imagine he would still be on the hook for child support? I do not see how a senior being with a freshman is illegal? Especially if she lied about age. I don't think he is 48 months older than her. Four years in the exception. A conviction would be more convincing of this being an issue.

What everyone is forgetting here is a mom doesn't have to parent if she does not want to and doesn't have the consent of the dad to place. Do you think the child is going be angry that their dad lost custody because a grade level?
