Wasatch Academy is a very talented sports team. That's what happens when you can recruit players from all over the world. It is unfortunate though that at the start of the championship game at the state tournament as they played the national anthem only 1 boy on the whole entire team placed his hand over his heart and respected our flag. I was disheartened and disgusted by their teams lack of respect for our country. Doesn't matter how good their ball skills are, if you can't respect our nations flag, your basketball skills are overshadowed by your lack of respect.

Why on earth should kids from other countries hold their hand over their heart for the USA's national anthem? That's not how it works, nor how it should work, they have no allegiance to us or our flag.

That's not disrespectful. I wouldn't salute for the Russian national anthem, nor the German one, though I would stand for them out of respect.
