Carlino getting a couple of buckets was helpful, but it was Winder hitting 10/10 free throws that won the game.

After a dominating win, BYU leaves no doubt, that in basketball, they are University of Utah.

BYU's student section, the Roc, is second to none. They packed the place tonight. They are there every game. They don't jump on and off of the bandwagon, The MC has been packed all season long. Great time to be a fan of Cougar basketball. With the recruits coming in, BYU basketball is going to be good for many years to come. Great job by coach Rose and his staff. Keep it going!

Go Cougars!

Sweet Mother Teresa! Anson and Sharp starting against the Zags? And it works? What a sweet smelling Rose we have for a coach!!! I love it...especially since I fell asleep waiting for the dang game to start. Great job, Cougs! Now just keep it up.

Go Cougars!!!

I wonder if J. Parker watched the game? Had he come to BYU, he could've competed for the national title anyway, turned pro and made tons of money anyway and then run for Govenor of Utah -- and won! Congrats Cougs! Huge and deserved win!

Loved the way Anson played defense on their sharp shooter in the first half and shot free throws. Too bad some of our players have a tough time making their foul shots. BYU could have one some of those "LOST GAMES" if they'd hit their free throws. Even if they get to the "Big Dance", they won't get far unless they can improve on that.

worf you need to step down from your pedestal there. BYU has had a nice season but do you remember December 14, 2013? On that night BYU was down by 20 a lot of the second half to the U and never cut it under 10 the entire second half. We BYU fans would be wise to stay classy and avoid mud-slinging with our PAC-12 brethren up on the hill.

Winder MVP for play great D's at three land and 10 for 10 FT was a plus.

I did watch a little bit on nc vs duke (boring, talk from commetators) but I watched mostly Olympics and BYU/GU game.

Good game stratagy Dave Rose and keep it up.

Count me in the 3% Rock Monster. I love BYU basketball. Keep up the good play cougs! Mika was a beast! We need more contributers like Winder, Sharp and others who may not be big every game, but need to step in and play solid ball. Good luck the last 3 games of the season! GO COUGARS!

Winder was deservedly the player of the game. With four players in double figures and great all around hustle, it was truly a team victory. No one left the game early. The Zags are classy players and coaches. It's great to be in the WCC with them.

I guarantee Jabari isn't second guessing his decision to go to Duke.

Good to see that perimeter defense. Winder was excellent, but everyone on the team jumped out to harass 3-point shooters! The in-and-pop it out strategy didn't work for the Zags, and Mika was a beast. Everybody contributed.

Excellent game.

Brad, thanks for giving us a little flavor of the atmosphere; I live on the east coast and went to bed at half time. When I woke up and found out they won it was like Christmas!

Metamoracoug; Anson must have practiced making 10 for 10 BEFORE GOING TO THE SHOWERS AFTER PRACTISE!! I have said all year the coaches need to make the team shoot freethrows and make at least 9 out of 10 before going to the showers after practice...The free throws are the difference in close games between good or great teams...When given a free throw and its missed, the other team gets the ball, and scores---that's a three to four point swing...Go Cougs...

Glendora, CA

Winder led by example, as a perfect free throw shooter.
