The Democrats in Utah have sure found themselves a whipping boy. Let's get the last pound of flesh. Of course, they want the taxpayer to foot the bill. Let them foot it themselves.

It is obvious that Utah is a "target". The correct procedure would be to wait for the current investigation to come to fruition and then interfere. This so called Utah lawyers group is a sham. The actual call from Leahy and Holder and not the other way around.

This needs to rise above politics. Both Swallow and Shurtleff need to be fully investigated. If prosecution is warranted, it needs to happen.

Should not matter which political party is at fault.
Try to get past the fact the lawbreakers are a couple of your treasured ones.
Utah, you are already on the hot seat because of questionable decisions.
Things will begin to boil should you let those breaking the law to off into the sunset without any punishment.

A Democrat run DOJ didn't persue charges against Swallow, and a bundh of democrat lawyers now want them to look at it again? Smacks of partisanship.

I think that there will be ample evidence to sustain any state charges. We don't need the DOJ wasting more money so the Democrats can get their pound or two of flesh.

Swallow doesn't have many friends left so his prosecution is pretty sure.

Democratic Lawyers: You are bound under oath to report any felony that you have knowledge of. Since each of you know about corporate mission laws, corporations under these laws, in order to protect share holders money from fraud/embezzlement can only spend money for profit, potential profit and humanitarian expenditures. Bribery is proven beyond any doubt. Every member of the Utah State Bar already knows this fact. And not one of you has acted to make this truth known to the public and acted ethically to insure prosecution of these crimes against Utah voters right to equal power of the vote. This is our highest principle I am talking about. Voter equality is the measure of a constitutional democracy and you have been committing gross misconduct and ethics violations to allow such unlawful practices to continue. Open your oath driven mouths and file complaints in behalf of every Utah citizen's rights violated. Out of state corporations that contribute to political office like our governor is easy to prove as with intent to influence for profit. Online SmartVote and other sites have documentation for prosecution. Our new UAG Sean Reyes has the filed documents in his hand, demand he speaks.
