    They need to tatoo a bar code across his forehead so it would be easier to scan him into the slammer.

    I thought fingerprints were part of the booking process.

    For guys like this that have tats all over their face anyway; wouldn't it make things faster and easier to just tattoo his prison inmate # on his forehead. That way he could be checked in and out of the prison system (which is where he will spend most of his life anyway)so much easier.

    How about just using a barcode?

    Sometimes identity theft isn't such a good idea. We had a client who gave a false name to police, not realizing that the guy whose name he used was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place...
