    Common Sense and Scientific reasoning shows vehicles contribute 37% to our dirty air.

    37% is way more than you call "minimuum effect".

    Methane from cows and burritos would be minimal.

    Cars have minimum effect on air. They put out much gas when they are driving. Common sense says it is not good idea to leave car on while you run in and get a gallon of milk. However many cars are stopped at a red light or stopped for a police vehicle a lot longer than they are stopped at the school dropping off and picking kids up.
