These so called immigration reform and amnesty laws have 2 major flaws and why they won't work. The laws as they are written are intended is to maintain poverty and oppression for american workers, keep them from rising out of poverty and into low middle class americans. White man reformation means cheap scab labor and prevent prosperity for american citizens and deny the americans the right to fair wages for any work.

One option, these immigration reform laws "assume" that the mexican nationals want to become citizens or register and pay fines, and fees, and loose all the other tax free benefits to be in this country enjoying welfare, food stamps, health care and education and meals on wheels.

Option B flaw is its a do nothing law that has no enforcement. If illegals refuse to register they remain anonymous and undocumented with all their benefits as welfare population with $60,000/yr tax free cash benefits and jobs. Employer participation and mandates are optional as well. No one can be fired for being an illegal aliens, undocumented trespasser, we reward their anonymity with protections from the laws. Reform is the brain child to stifle economy or reward workers.

Never turn you back on RINOs. Just when you think it is dead, they'll throw it into an unrealted bill and we'll be duped.
The closer we get to the election the more likely "reform" is dead.
But Obama has his pen and his phone so anything is possible.
