Love rivalry games. Yes, Colorado is our rival. No power conference team is rivals with non power conference teams other than notre dame.

This is the best of the PAC.

Let it go. Both Coach K and Boyle said it's not a rivalry. Even Dallin said that people should stop forcing it.

Since when is a conference in charge of deciding which teams are rivals?

"Fans" like CB are simply blowing smoke when they claim that Colorado is Utah's "rival".

Show me a single post from a Colorado fan on the DN blogs talking smack about Utah.

The simple truth is, except for when they're actually on the field/court playing, Colorado fans couldn't care less about Utah.

Remember Chris, this isn't football where Utah and Colorado play in the annual toilet bowl game to see who can finish last . This is basketball where u have no chance in Colorado even without their star player!

I think in basketball it could become a sort of friendly rivalry. Where when we face off we want to win, but when we travel together or have home stands together we want the other teams in conference to fear us back-to-back.

Powerhouse matchup right here, look out

I have not seen a single Colorado fan post a comment about the Utes in a Utah newspaper, nor have I seen any Ute comments about the Buffs in any of the Colorado newspapers.

As soon as CB posts more comments in the Denver Post, than s/he does on Cougar articles, we'll know there's a rivalry.

From reading the comments a few months ago, in the Denver Post, I can tell you the Buffs are more excited about renewing their rivalry with Nebraska than they are about their next game against Utah.

This rivalry is worth its weight in PAC 12 stickers.
