In my opinion we don't need as much food as our DIET centered society tells
us. There is so much talk of healthy eating and people are consumed and stressed
out about it. Eat within the bounds of hunger and fulness. Not concentrating so
much on diet that you deprive yourself then binge!
I'm a couch potato. I'll watch the tube for hours. Mo money for gas to
go any where. I'll eat cheese and pretzels all day. I think about
exercising, but putting that idea in motion, the first step. That is some thing
I dread, cant seem motivate my self. I'm swelling up and I know I need do
some thing different. So I'll turn the tube on an forget about it.
