I See NOTHING, I hear NOTHING, I know NOTHING!, I didn't know Sgt. Christie was in Hogan Heroes!

We Conservative Republicans will never SUPPORT an undocumented Republican like Christie!

Notice how the liberal main stream news media is hyperventilating about "Bridgegate" but yawn in boredom at Obama's scandals where people actually died in some cases! Media bias? NOOOOOOOOO! Of course not!

@Thid Barker

You're referring to the innumerable hours of TV usurped by Darrel Issa's (R-CArthief) "oversight" hearings?
The manufactured "scandal" of the IRS trying to figure out WHO is a true nonprofit and who is not, and thus asking for more information?
WHY is that a scandal to you? I call it good governance, and liberal groups were also targeted. Of course, the vast majority of targets were conservatives, because they were the vast majority of requests.
Please explain to the class why a political action group (of ANY stripe) should be a tax-exempt entity.

Tell us, also why Benghazi is a "scandal" when NONE of the other diplomatic deaths during the past twenty years were considered scandalous.

If you're going to play moral equivalency, let's toss in right-wing Christian Timothy McVeigh (186 dead) and 9/11 on Bush's watch....then two unnecessary wars that have killed thousands of our own citizen soldiers.

@ Unreasonable person. Its because Obama said his scandals were "phony" even though he promised, "They are unacceptable and those who are responsible for his scandals will be held accountable." No one has been held accountable, and no investigation has been done by Obama. He did however, issue and executive order shutting down any investigation of fast and furious!
As for as the tax exempt organizations. Did you notice the IRS didn't target Unions, Planned Parenthood or other Democrat friendly tax fee organizations? Gee, I wonder why?
And about the wars, do you remember 9/11 even vaguely when nearly every Democrat was clamoring that something be done? Obama is happy to kill people with drones, even with collateral damage. And then there was Syria which Obama got schooled on by Putin! Is it possible that you ideology has blinded you to the lies, the out and out corruption and the destruction Obama is doing to our nation?

Christie did exactly what he said he would do. He is uniting people all over the political spectrum. When was the last time Tree Hugging Liberals and Tea Party Conservatives joined together to push the same person into the Hudson River?

@Tird Barker: " "'They are unacceptable and those who are responsible for his scandals will be held accountable.' No one has been held accountable, and no investigation has been done by Obama." Obama took his response straight from the Republican George Bush' Book of the "Valery Plame Blame." After "someone" (Dick Cheney?) told the world that Valerie was a CIA operative and illegally put her life on the line illegally, the blame went on Scooter Libby who took the bullet, then Bush commuted Scooter's sentence. Talk about tying up loopholes but no accountability. Obama has done many of these Bushisms, including keeping the longest wars in American History going and going and going. Anyway @Reasonable Person is absolutely correct when he states: "Tell us, also why Benghazi is a "scandal" when NONE of the other diplomatic deaths during the past twenty years were considered scandalous. If you're going to play moral equivalency, let's toss in right-wing Christian Timothy McVeigh (186 dead) and 9/11 on Bush's watch....then two unnecessary wars that have killed thousands of our own citizen soldiers."

Nobody says it better.

The abuse of power at the heart of the Port Authority scandal is nothing new for Christie. The Governor berates and insults teachers, veterans and firefighters. Christie is unskilled at measuring his words and appears to be mentoring a new generation of blowhards who threaten and bully those who don't agree with them. He shuts off debate at town hall meetings by arguing instead of listening. This is not a problem-solving strategy... which is OK for the Governor, who thinks he has all the answers anyway.
I'm a lifelong New Jersey resident and am embarrassed that Christie and his protégés are representatives of our state. New Jersey has a bad enough image. The Governor does nothing to improve it.

Jerry Ball. Thank you for making my point about "moral equivalency" To liberals, all their scandals are phony but all others are real and immoral. After all, Bill Clinton didn't really shake is finger at the TV and tell America, "I never had sex with that woman", did he? And Hillary didn't really get 100K from illegal cattle futures scandal did she? How about the White Water real estate scam Hillary was involved in up to her neck was just another phony scandal wasn't it? Moral equivalency? That's a code word for liberals to justify their own crooks!

This Barker, it is because the "bridge gate" involves an actual real event that broke real laws, unlike all the made up phony scandals that Darryl Issa keeps investigating. Issa has been looking for his magic scandal for four years now. What has he come up with? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zip. Bupkis. Zero. Naught.

@ Chilidog. Benghazi, fast and furious, NSA and the IRS abuses not real? That's your answer? Not real to you but very real to the victims.

==========

Benghazi - same thing happened at 12 other embassies under Bush, sad - but nothing
Fast and furious - can you say, Iran Contra?
NSA - courtesy of Bush/Cheney
and
listening to KNRS/FoxNews this morning,
after a though investigation - the FBI has found nothing in the IRS "scandal".

I like Chris. He'd be a good president--he's tough, fair, and admits to mistakes. Let's give him a chance.
