Steven Powell doesn't have to prove anything or defend anything. The burden of proof is on the accuser and all he has to do is prove the lies, prejudices, hate, and bias of the accusers and prosecutors. There is no way to defend lies that others assume. But you can challenge the credibility of the accusors and witnesses and evidence which they don't have.

No, the lawyers are very wrong, he doesn't have to defend a thing his defense is the lack of accusations as fact and to attack the prosecutions lies and hate. There is only one truth, and only the accused knows the truth, everyone else is making up their own lies and create a different what if theory.

Good point, My2. The prosecution is doing a number on this guy. Sure, there were pics on his computer... but who put them there? And, shouldn't the parents have shut their doors and pulled their blinds?

And I think the prosecution is obsessed with idea that he had something to do with his daughter-in-law's disappearance.
