Considering the irreparable damage done to the Everglades by constrictors released that were sold legally as pets, this pair should get the book thrown at them. I also think we nee to outlaw exotic pets not found on this continent. We have enough issues with accidental invaders like Zebra Mussels, Fire Ants, Snakehead fish and Africanized Bees, we have enough issues to deal with.

Last thing I want to spend my tax dollars on is imprisoning people for lying on federal forms. What a waste. This is what the FBI does with its spare time? Process "crimes" that are 5 years old?
Evidence looks bleek, conspiracy charges are very hard to prove. Someone has a vendetta and they are using the FBI to exact it is what it looks like to me.
