If they determine a guilty person in this crime that person should receive a death sentence and then be executed. There is no possible excuse for the murder of this little girl.

Sam Gill has already determined that the death penalty will not be sought. State-sanctioned homicide is a heavy act and should not be taken lightly. The extreme language and cultural barrier (which would also make psychiatric assessments extremely difficult if not impossible) and uncertain circumstances don't lend themselves well to seeking the death penalty.

Language and cultural barrier? Last time I checked, he was living in the U.S. No matter where he is from you can't murder somebody. The language barrier is simple, get a translator. That should solve it. Death penalty is reserved for people like this.
