"...hearing was originally scheduled for Nov. 25 but was continued until Tuesday afternoon at the request of Garcia-Serna's attorney 'to look into possible mental health issues'..."

Yeah, **possible** "mental health issues".

I'd say at least "probable".

The old aphorism in journalism still stands: It's not news when a dog bites a man, but it is the other way around. (Bonus points for the man being naked.)

"Man bites dog!" is the quintessential cliché headline.
However, we get a BONUS! NAKED man bites dog!

As the Old Man would say: "That's real news--not like that politics slop!"

I wonder about the mental and social impact this reverse attack will have on the dog. Will he question his canine roots? Go into serious depression (Dog days) lash out at his owner? I'm sure with all the other things tax payers are paying for, there is some kind of program for Fido. Hopefully the dog will be tested for rabies and should receive extra beef bones for having to view this less than spectacular naked human being.

I hope the dog is okay. He might need a rabies shot... or something.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Breaking news. Man bites dog! Too good to be true.

He must be just getting even for an earlier situation when a police dog got to him. I can't explain the naked part.
