Reserve the war threat for the GOP hawks?

As usual, Mr. Will is correct. He wrote: "Containment is the least awful response to Iran's coming nuclear capability."

Leadership requires a "backbone". It requires commitment to principles that must endure if freedom is to endure. Foolish people "talk" things to death while their enemies arm themselves. Teddy Roosevelt was right. The world needs a "big stick". Iran has no interest in "talking" themselves out of having nuclear weapons. People much wiser and experienced than Obama know that. Leadership requires a "backbone" and a love of freedom. Obama thinks that "having a beer" or other beverage with Iran's leaders will solve the problem, showing that he knows nothing about Iran. They're not listening. They know that they don't have to listen. They know that if they attack that Obama will be found "playing cards" and pretending to be President. They're not worried about America. They have no reason to be worried.

Really you actually believe that? Who's being naive?

Israel won't sign the nuke treaty, but expects everyone else to, and for America to stand behind them like a big dumb 500 lb Gorilla, obeying their commands, Yep that's what being a puppet is all about, Right, righties.

Backbone is serving, asking others to do your bidding, or complaining when others don't start wars on your behalf is cowardly.
