"tell us, which Ute alum is coaching a major college or NFL team...Oh yeah, Chow at 1/11 Hawaii!"

ThoJeff:

Mike McCoy, the San Diego Chargers current head coach, was the Ute QB in 1994--the year of the second 34-31 game. Utah finished with a Top Ten ranking. And before you point out that the one BYU alum coaching in the NFL has a better record this season, just remember he's done it with a couple of Utes on his roster.

Wow...

You all sound like a bunch of children arguing over what toy car is the best.

Austin Collie got re-signed by the Patriots?

Cool!

I looked him up on the internet just the other day and was sad (but not surprised) that the Patriots let him go after he got hurt in November.

He'd be a Hall of Famer if he could only stay healthy.

Go Cougars! Go Collie!

How about Larry Wilson. Played for the Utes and Cardinals. Given credit for starting the safety blitz. Great ball player. I think he's probably in the NFL hall of fame.

GD, yes, Wilson was a first ballot Hall of Fame inductee in 1978.
