Here's some advice for Marvin Williams . . . Dark Chocolate worked wonders for me in relieving the pain in my right heel. (86% or higher in cacao.)

A couple of months ago, I had injured my heel to the point that I could not walk on it without pain. After limping around for almost a month, a ran into a friend of mine who told me about the pain relieving benefits of Dark Chocolate. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I took her advice and started consuming a two inch square every morning and evening. After three days the pain was cut in half and a week later it was gone. Coincidence? Maybe, but after two doctor visits and a trip to the chiropractor, I was willing to try almost anything.

@rvalens2: Sounds like my kind of cure. They say it is good for the heart also. Just keep it at small amounts.
