An athlete marrying a beauty pageant contest. I love stereotypes?Where will the honeymoon be? Disneyland?
Bet Kyle is glad he stayed around for his Senior year now! Congratulations.
@sockpuppet-Now that's funny...I don't care who you are.
Bernard GUiFeel free to compile a list and post it on your favorite
blog if you're feeling left out.
@Brave Sir Robin: Blue and White. Target, Costco, Deseret Book.Congratulations kids. Good luck, good life.
Congratulations to the couple, but why is this news? How about students from the
engineering or music departments? Don't they get engaged, too?
@RockOn"Remember two things: 1) Decide now if you want to be in love,
or to be right. 2) The most selfish thing you can do is love that girl."???Your post doesn't make any sense. So you're saying
love=selfishness? I vehemently disagree.Congrats KVN &
@ SlopJ30The social pressure on devout LDS girls to serve missions
while at BYU is rather intense from what I am hearing. It would be naive to
suppose Marrisa hasn't had the Mission or Marriage chat with her roomates.
Do Cougars marry prettier girls than Ute players do?Just joking!
KVN scores a touchdown--congats!
Time for Bronco to issue a scholarship offer for 2033.
He should be the spokesperson for their dealings.
He did better than AJ McCarron! Well played KVN.
Can't wait for the article on what their wedding colors are and where
"I wonder if Marissa has any Missionary plans before her nupitals? One would
think she'd be influenced to go by her female peers at BYU."I hope that's a joke. If not, it would be, if not a first, at least
highly unusual and weird. Who gets engaged and THEN goes on a mission? I'm
sure a famous, good looking soon-to-be millionaire would have no trouble waiting
for her.Peer pressure is no reason to do anything, including going
on a mission.
I wonder if Marissa has any Missionary plans before her nupitals? One would
think she'd be influenced to go by her female peers at BYU.
Now I know why (I think) why he chose to stay for another year. I wonder what
next on Cody Hoffman? Now please win another one Kyle at Kraft Hunger Bowl THEN
you can spend your romantic time with your future wife in San Francisco.
Congrats Kyle and Marissa. Two of the choicest things in my life came from BYU
too: My education and my spouse. As much as you love both today, they will
only grow in value as the years go on. All the best to both of you.
I can't believe she didn't hold out for a player from a BCS conference
school. Doesn't she know that stars matter?? LOL
Football star + Beauty Queen....who would have guessed that?I know
you play Defense, but what a catch!
And here I thought he missed out on all the defensive stat's this year by
not blocking a kick. But he scores in the biggest way. Congratulations Kyle.
We as Cougars will miss you. All the other teams will gladly watch you in the
NFL from now on.
Congratulations to Kyle and his fiance. Take it from me, a BYU wife is
interesting, hard headed, fun, stubborn, intelligent and a great ride to be with
for the past 40+ years. Remember two things: 1) Decide now if you want to be in
love, or to be right. 2) The most selfish thing you can do is love that girl.
I think it all relates back to education. We need to create more jobs!
KVN,You 'ol snake in the grass! Congrats and good luck. Now we
know what that "unfinished business" really was.
KVN delivers another big play! Maybe this is why he was missing a few tackles.
Way to marry an athletic girl, KVN! Just make sure that your future athletic
children go to BYU! :)
I can only imagine how intelligent their dinner conversations must be. Their
kids are gonna be sterling scholars!
Good for you Van Noy!! Go help BYU win another bowl game, rock the NFL and make
us proud!!Go Cougs!!
Congratulations! Those BYU coeds are beautiful, smart and make excellent wives.
I know that because I married one!
