What a great legacy Mr.Quilter left. His children, grandchildren and other friends and relatives can travel most anywhere in the world and see his statues.

His work is beautiful and will be seen through the eternities. He was blessed with a great talent and he used it in a wonderful way! My thoughts and prayers will be with your family..

I had the privilege and opportunity to meet and visit with this wonderful man a couple of years ago while in Nauvoo. I have a picture of us all standing in front of the beautiful temple there. There is not a time that I see this angel on top of our many temples, or the oxen inside that my mind doesn't take me back to our meeting. He was as his daughter describes, kind, generous with his attention to each individual, and someone whom we have much to be grateful for, a lifetime of service to us all. Blessings extended to his family at this time, but a special thank you for the life he lived to bless all who view beautiful temples around the world and the angel that heralds in the Saviors promised return to the earth.

Brother Quilter was my seminary teacher years ago. What a good man, and what service he has given!

I so enjoyed having Brother Quilter as my seminary teacher during my senior year at Highland High back in 1967-68. He was wonderful. He will be greatly missed.
