This is the new normal. As globalization and computerization make many jobs
redundant, US workers will experience greater insecurity. As a society, we need
to realize that jobs like computer programmer and even lawyer, which were
previously considered solid and safe jobs, will leave this country. We need to
make sure that an adequate safety net is in place, and generally do everything
we can to make our workers competitive with the world's best. That means
better schools and more affordable college educations.
Chaos; control the hostages and punish the unruly. Is there an encouraging thing
about the state of affairs, any inspiration to give hope. Is slavery becoming
more and more common as fear grips tighter with inflation and less wages. Belief
is only what you can count on or depend on. They have a plan. We should to. It
starts by realizing that you need people, people matter. Give the 3 gifts. Your
smile your heart, and your word. You keep them.
