So happy to see Mika back and to hear he's doing well. He played an amazing game considering his injury. And his response to Kane--class all the way.

Love Carlino's jokes about the goggles.

Bartley is so athletic, glad to have him on the team.

This was a good win. Texas front line is huge. The last minute defense by BYU and Haws' takeover was the difference.

Great game. I am concerned, however, with the fouls. It is interesting that so many fouls are called on BYU, yet not on the other teams. I realize that I am biased but there were fouls last night by Rider of TX that were not called and some on BYU that were debateable.

If Mika can perfect the skyhook, he will be the next Kareem!

Goldminer,

It's one thing to complain about the officials if your team loses, but to whine when they win is sad to say the least.

BYU fans...drop the referee references. Just play the game. The calls will go both ways and they will even out over the course of the game.

Last night the BYU big men were caught several times out of position and they got a foul. They will learn and play better. It's just the way the game is played. Stop worrying about and complaining about it.

That being said, I hope Carlino has another great game tonight and that the Cougs can pull off a huge win!

@Vladhagen - Skyhook look of Kareem? I wouldn't want Mika looking like him. Eric does look a lot better with his goggles/glasses than Kareem. But Kareem had the height and long arms advantage than most guys who does sky hooks. Keep up the good work Eric.

I think we should lay off of the refs. They did nothing majorly wrong in either of the last games. Texas had some massive dudes and BYU couldn't handle them physically. But, UT couldn't handle Tyler Haws, so it all came out in the wash. As for ISU.......the police can't stop the effects of all crimes on the innocent.
