"Why cant they Beat the top 25 teams they have played?"

Because those teams are better than they are. Pretty easy to figure that out. We'll see how the season plays out however and discuss then.

Perhaps you can tell me why utah loses to so many of the lower division teams it plays?

But of course the real discussion here BYU/utah so why not tell me why BYU has won 7 in a row and 11 of 12?

"But of course the real discussion here BYU/utah so why not tell me why BYU has won 7 in a row and 11 of 12?"

No, Duck. The real discussion is about Utah's new basketball facility and what it means to the program long term. That's the discussion.

As for the rest of your need to define "it and they." Then I will be able to understand what you are talking about.

Not true. Everything is about BYU. Even though this article may seem like it's about Utah building a new facility to help to basketball program grow and compete, it's actually about how Utah is trying to keep up with a facility BYU planned to build ten years ago. And of course, like Duck said, the undertone of this article is clearly about BYU's upper hand in the basketball rivalry lately.

LOL! You're right, Two For Flinching, byu is the center of its own universe.

Duck asserts that byu's basketball facility has been planned for 10 years. Ok, so Where are the pictures and what is the completion date, Duck? How is it that Utah can announce a facility, prepare the plans, set a completion and launch a fund raiser in just two years? How can that possibly be, Duck?

Honestly, Two for Flinching, I don't think we'll see Duck on this board again.

Let me get this straight. They are spending $36MM on the new basketball facility yet only spending $6MM of that on improvements to the Huntsman Center itself? They need to blow up that facility and build something that is much more fan friendly. That would include seats that people can actually fit in. I have a 36" waist yet I barely fit in the seats. Now that it can't be used for either the Men's Basketball tournament or the Women's gymnastics' tournament totally renovate it so that those of us that have continued to go to games through the lean times have a comfortable place to enjoy the Ute's during the good times. It's probably too late since they have already raised the money.
