There is a query here, on the other piece about Swallow's resignation, and
a poster throws darts at the D News, and calls them out for "mistreating the
A.G.The Deseret News did NOT mistreat Swallow. They reported fairly
and justly. They, to their very great credit, did NOT assume a political stance,
rather, they looked past party lines and simply gave us real and good
information.Swallow brought this all upon himself...from the video
of him asking if a "paper trail" existed about his use of the luxury
houseboat of that other miscreant, to all the other dealings with unsavory
characters...this was NOT the work of the D news.Swallow has nobody
but himself and his pauper-poor judgement, and failure to recognize the
microscope he and all elected officials are under---to blame.If this
were you, me or your neighbor, we would face the scrutiny and consequences that
I hope he does.No sympathy for him--not in the least.
