Region 3 domination. Region 1, 2, 4 more the same next year also. Try basketball or baseball, but leave Football to Region 3.

Man what a great complete game! Even with the best safety in the state out, they shut that offense down! Nichols had a fairly quiet game outside of the big 50 yard run. Just goes to show how deep this team is. They can run, they can throw, or their QB can run. Great game Miners! Eye on the prize. One more to go. Brighton will be no walkover. But I do believe their strenghts on offense play into Bingham's strenghts. Should be a heck of a game. Great day to be a Miner!

Bingham vs Brighton. Neither is from Region 1. How'd that happen? I thought a Region 1 team always lost the 5A championship game.

Bingham is awesome. They did play a complete game last night. Nichols is a very explosive runner and good. The QB runs a great game and and is fast as well. I do have one question. If Shultz is the best tight end in the nation why isn't he used more in the offense? He's big can catch. He was open on a lot of pass routes last night.

Parry, since your Layton Lancers couldn't make it to the semi's it was probably better to let region 3 there this year. We needed to take the year off. Should be a great championship game. Awesome display from Bingham. After seeing that last night Bingham would beat East in a good game. Peck had them focused last night.

Hey goaggies1,

Don't try to pin the Layton Lancers on me. I'm a Bingham alum. I jusdt live in Layton to cut down the commute. I just get sick of all the Region 1 people trying to point out how virtuous Region 1 is because everyone plays where they live, or how it is the "best region top to bottom", or how they always put a team in the finals.

Go Miners!!!

BTW, I'm a USU alum so at least we have that!

Goaggies: Bingham has never used their TE a lot. They've had some great TE's in the past. The year they had Austin Holt, he was one of the top TE recruits in the nation as well. They have used their TE more this year though probably than any year I can remember. They go with what works. They have so many weapons on that team, they can pick and choose on how to beat you. But make no doubt, they are a running team first. But if somehow that isn't working, they can and will beat you with the pass.

Goaggies:
Gunner has it right, but you could also say why don't they throw to Measom more? He can outrun anyone, no safety can stay with him, send him deep every play I say but Lambourne is committed to the run and wants to pound the rock first and wear you down.

Jarka-rus: There were so many times last night I was saying run a slant to Measom! He was wide on that slat. Or a double move long. But I also think they are fine beating down a defense, so in the 4th qtr, they are just running through tackles. Like last night. The Marsh kid had some great runs as backup in the 4th qtr because that defense was just DONE!

I have seen Bingham play 3 times this year and last night they all looked like they were on the same page both offensively and defensively. Just the size alone they look good. It would be fun to see last years Jordan vs Bingham this year. I think it would be a great game to see.

Parry, I need to give you crap because you live in Layton my friend. I'm glad to see your an Aggie fan as well. I heard last night the Ag's might get Notre Dame for a bowl game. The basketball looks good as well.
