Red Shirt MIT. Try getting healthcare without health insurance. Enough said

We have the remake of Mike Lee and the remake of Mia Love, can the remake of Jason Chaffetz be far behind? Funny how Utah Congress persons and want to be congress persons are running from the tea party.

HER label is "can't think for myself, lock-step marching tea party clone."

To "NeilT" I have, and it isn't that hard. I just tell them that I will be paying cash (in this case credit card) then I pay for it. I used to have a dentist that gave a 10% discount if you paid with cash. I have heard of other Doctors and clinics doing the same because it saves them that much when they don't have to deal with insurance companies.

Here is one label from which she can never run: Politician.

"So, claim obama doubled the debt. I dare you. Because, it is a lie."

Pagan--not sure where you come up with this kind of talk, but here are the facts:

By the Obama administration's own projections, the debt will reach a predicted $20.3 trillion by the end of Obama's last full year in office. Approximately $9.7 trillion of that total will have been racked up during the Obama years, meaning that Obama's debt, by itself, will be nearly equivalent to the combined debt of every previous president in American history.

I hope you are not saying Obama's claims are a lie.

Furthermore, according to FactCheck.org, the amount that the federal government owes the public is set to double as well:

"The Obama administration has projected an annual deficit of $750 billion in the fiscal year that began Oct. 1, and $626 billion the year after." FactCheck wrote in its third quarter update. "At that rate, the debt owed to the public will more than double during the Obama presidency."

So for everyone who is purposely misunderstanding, she is fighting the tactic of labeling her a tea partier to the exclusion of everything else she stands for and believes. What Matheson is trying to do is call her a Tea Partier as a way to dismiss her. Actually, a lot of people here appear to be doing that. It isn't fair and it is exactly what everyone is accusing the tea party of doing when they dismiss out of hand anything the democrats say and do. It is the empty headed method that has become modern politics. It gives the debate more of a middle school timbre and stymies real discussion.

She doesn't believe in labels (such as tea party)? When she was running last time she didn't seem to mind such labels. What has changed?

As a conservative from Alabama I will be sending a donation to Mia Love's campaign. Her victory will send a unique message to the people of Alabama. First: It will put a crack in the "white male Mormon Utah" stereotype that Utah is known for out here. Second: Make History-- The first black female Republican in the House of Representatives. Lastly: Black, Female, Mormon, Conservative!

I like the Tea Party. I think we should work on growing it larger. This country needs lower taxes, fewer government programs and control of the money closer to the people.
