    Gotta tell you, Californians didn't come to Utah, and force anyone there to do what you did (or forgot) to do. If you can't keep the law of chastity, at least use protection and be honest about it. But the law of chastity isn't just to make you a better or more moral person...think about it! If for no other reason, I'm sure the visit to the doc, the embarassment, and the hassle would be reasons enough to wish for a do-over. But don't go blaming the Californians.

    @semper fi

    perhaps you would care to explain how a godless state like Vermont has a lower rate then Utah or anywhere along the bible belt?

    @ A guy with a brain: If that explains Utah's high rate, how do you explain Oklahoma's even higher rate? (Oh, and just for comparison, per capita Oklahoma has a higher rate than California.)

    Don't worry, I'm sure this has NOTHING to do with the continued decline of morals all throughout the state of Utah, particularly in the Salt Lake Valley....

    Shoulda never stopped practicing "God"s Principle" for marriage. I guarantee you won't find this problem in the polygamous community...

    Seriously Utah! Don't follow in California's footsteps. Go back to your routes. Lots of pioneers endured ugly winters for you to have a beautiful life.
