What they need more than experience is less Lucas/Tinsley. But it will go through the season like this with no changes. Yes Lucas scored in double figures last night but what did the pair allow in points and missed defense??

Jefferson is totally right on his assessment of the experience required. That is why I have said all along regarding people asking for the youth movement AND still acting like we are going to get 35 plus wins. I say you are clueless.

The exception I take with Jefferson is I think it will take longer than he thinks given 3 factors 1. PG play 2. Coaching 3. Lack of an actual offensive go-to star.

2 and 3 aren't changing this year. #1 may or may not change this year but we lost 6 to 8 weeks of the schedule before we can even start the process of finding out.

Oh well. I am ok with a lot of ping pong balls in next years deep draft.

Everyone who sees the Jazz play, or teams that have played against the Jazz agree these guys have the potential. It just takes time.

I'm more than happy to watch the team develop, lose, get a good draft pick, and watch them start winning games next season.

I agree. We need more experience...and better players...and a better coach...and a legit point guard...and another outside shooter...and some more athletes...and Jimmer...and...
