Having watched the whole thing online it was painfully obvious that she has changed her story to incriminate her father as new information has arisen. I don't think she ended up being very credible. Her father was a philandering jerk, and she wants to see him punished. I think that the real evidence that will decide the case will be the medical examiner and medical experts. So far I would not convict him observing the trial as an unbiased witness, there is still a lot of reasonable doubt that she died of a heart problem. I haven't seen any evidence of drowning or some nefarious injection of something to give her a heart attack.
