BeSmartInteresting that being so close to Colorado that Cheyenne
residents can't get the PAC-12 Network on cable.Dishnet OR find
a friend with Comcast and ask them to share their online streaming with you. I
believe that might fix you up.
DiefibmanUtah got out played. Utah has trouble winning on the road,
unless it's Provo of course. Utah lost, and that's discouraging to
Utah fans. If a regular season game, was considered a bowl game; which it's
not, the BYU win in pale in comparison to knocking off Stanford. Do you feel
defibman,I do admit it will be harder to make a bowl game the next
two years. We've had a "gimme" game lately with byu.
Where or where are all the ute fans? I know if they had won, this message board
would be overflowing by now! It is funny when u are exposed for the weak team u
really are and that it really does appear that your real bowl game every year is
BYU.Let's see what happens the next two years when u don't
have a bowl game to play in during the regular season.
That game was funny.
I was disappointed in the d-line play. After going toe-to-toe with
Stanford's big o-line the week before, they came out and got pounded by a
much weaker AZ o-line? Man, it's perplexing how crucial the mental game
truly is.Bounce back, Utes! Fix the mental mistakes, and redeem
yourselves with a road victory in the Coliseum.
as a cougar and ute fan. Why are cougar fans berating a good Utah team?I
can't watch the pac-12 network (my cable provide doesn't even have it
available) if wilson was so ineffective why was he not pulled earlier?
BYU brings out the best in Utah, they'd play better if Cougars were the
opponent every week...that's something to thank the rivalry for. Gotta
find a reason to get up for every game, guess the Utes really left it all on the
field last week.
Gotta love that elite BCS membership!I'm actually bummed they
lost. I wanted to see Utah make a bowl game this year.
Utah came out flat? I don't see it that way. Utah came to win but Wilson
was very ineffective. Utah tried to win on the ground (9 passes in the first
half). It seems they were avoiding the pass (Wilson's hand issues). The
pick 6 and falling behind was the change in game plan. Wilson was 3
for 9 with interceptions in the first half. Utah rallied on the road with a back
up QB and took the lead. Down 28-24 with three minutes left, Utah was forced to
go for it on fourth down deep in Arizona territory. If Phillips would have made
even one of his two misses, Utah could have ran some clock and taken the lead on
a chip shot FG instead of going for it on 4th down (ending up with no points).
Now Arizona would likely have gotten the ball back anyway if Utah
went up, but they would have had to use timeouts if Utah was playing for the FG
before. If Utah was up 30-28, Arizona would have been forced to pass, which they
struggled to do. Instead they ran the ball and clock and scored again (35-24).
