I applaud the intelligent use of xeriscaping, but this article is too rainbows and unicorns about all the benefits. Really, now the firemen won't be hiding the fact that their building has broken windows?

I liked the part about freeing up time for the firemen. Like they are so busy all the time now.

A means to an end. I don't think so. Weeds will still grow and seen easier. If you don't want to do yard work, hire it done. The city has hired people to do. I am a skeptic when it comes to gov. What is rely going on.
