After what the Utes did to Stanford, Arizona doesn't seem to be much of a
challenge. Chris B just might be proven right. Here's one Cougar fan that
hopes the Utes win their division and play in the Rose. Nothing is guaranteed
but anything is possible!Go Cougars! And good luck to the Utes and
I my memory serves me correctly, the Utes had a big win on a blackout night
against TCU in 2008. In the locker room after the game, Coach Whit told the
team that they would get to enjoy the win for about 7 or 8 more minutes, and
then their thoughts would be on the next opponent. I hope he has instilled that
mindset in this group. If he has, they will win the next 2 road games.
Re: Samurai "If the Utes continue their solid play on both sides of the
ball, then picking up a road win in AZ should be a cinch."This
is big time conference football. No game is a cinch. Just ask Stanford.
If the Utes continue their solid play on both sides of the ball, then picking up
a road win in AZ should be a cinch.Go Utes!
I am just happy Dennis is here as he has brought a different attitude to the
offense. I think BJ will grow more from him than he did Chow as Dennis will
probably stick around longer (I hope).Go UTES!!
@FredTDoes AZ hava a credible win this year? No probably not, but
they can and do know how to score points. They are young. I pick the Utes to
win, but this is one of those trap games. AZ is not a "Bad" team this
year. They can play. Do not over look them just yet.GO BRUINS!
In the article "Arizona is a good team"No they aren't! Not
this year. They are below average and almost a bad team this year.
If we play our game this will be a relatively easy win. A 7-5 season is really
the worst we could have at this point. For our third season that is very
Dangerous game coming off of the big victory. Will they have the maturity to
lock down mentally and focus. I think so... but we will see.
I think this game, will winnable, will be very difficult. Arizona has a lot of
speed and plays more like UCLA than Stanford on offense. The Utes got a big win
at home and now need to show they can beat an average PAC 12 team on the road.
Both U of A and WSU, like the Utes, need every win to get bowl eligible and the
outcome of these two games will be key to Utah season.
