Miley Cyrus has tainted herself just fine, thank you very much. But if blaming men makes you feel better about yourself, go right ahead.

No. She's ultimately responsible for her image and product. No goats need be scaped.

"Do male songwriters taint the work of artists like Miley Cyrus?"

Unfortunately I'm still stuck on the phrase "artists like Miley Cyrus" in the title?!? I have difficulty equating Miley Cyrus with artist.

I know it. I Live it. I Love it.

A supermodel gave a TED Talk about how the images of her are manufactured and calculated. They are productions, far from reality or ethical reasoning.

As an adult, she is responsible for her contracts, choices, and agreements. As a child, she was NOT responsible for how she was raised. The truth, like it or not, is that this young woman was brought up surrounded by more influence than what most children get within their homes or schools. Not just "a little more" but a ridiculous amount of influence that I know I could have never survived as a teenager growing into adulthood. I'd have given in to much more.

Does she know better? It apparently is very easy for most of us "normal" people to all accuse and condemn her with a resounding "YES!", yet the truth remains that none of us REALLY knows this young daughter of God.

It's remarkable how well this compares to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
"She's a witch, burn her... well we did do the nose"

To condemn is one thing. To condemn the stars we put where they are, well that's interesting.
