Good article, Amy!

Beth is the best in the biz. More importantly than how she benefits the Utes' performance is that she helps educate the athletes on lifelong behavioral changes in their nutrition.

Funny that I heard a lot of excuses about Utah only beating USU because of Keeton's cramps, but Utah's players all played in the same conditions and we didn't see them suffer any such problems. Is physical condition not applicable in determining the quality of a team and its players?

Great, great Article!

This article can be used for anyone and not just athletes. Eating healthy should be for everyone and not just big time athletes. I do hope a lot of younger athletes read this article and realize the effect good eating habits can have on your athletic career.

Getting so pumped for UCLA game that I'm even reading articles about what food they guys eat.

The winner of this game will win the Pac 12 south in my opinion. I really think this is the single biggest game of the year.

IF it is like hospital food it's a no no. It is really not that complicated. Eat 3 servings of vegetables, 2 of fruit, no smoking and a 40 minute walk daily live 14 years longer.
