Office workers are the bottom feeders of non industrialized nations and we are now one. They are the mud on the shoes of middle and upper management pretenders. They are adept at misinformation and manipulation and lies and they are the bunch who put most companies out of business because of their incompetence.

Most middle managers thinks its beneath their title to get their hands dirty or handle tools of the trade and usually don't have the knowledge or skills to help those under their rule. I think most companies put too much faith in education and that people out of college and who have never worked a day in their life to earn anything are trained leaders. The middle managers in most companies are not skilled enough to be middle managers where there only skill is manipulation which is counter productive to any business.

Being manipulators they tend to pass blame than be accountable. I think the corporate world and business is finding out that when cutbacks and layoffs to save a business put their higher paid experienced and skilled workers out to pasture was a mistake.
