I was thinking about this the other night watching Wilson throw 3 picks while our defense got nothing. Last year, outside of the Colorado game, we had 4 interceptions on the year. 4 interceptions in 11 games! And this year we've got a goose egg despite facing some pass-heavy teams and one very weak team. I have a hard time putting the blame on a single factor but the decline in interceptions directly correlates with the hiring of Sharrieff Shah as cornerback coach. Not only are our DBs not getting picks, they're also not really playing that well in other aspects of the game either; it almost seems like they're being taught never to turn their head around. Again, it could be due any number of factors but I would bet Shah is feeling the heat, and if he's not, he should be.

And one pick by Michael Walker would have made a loss a win.

I've been very disappointed with the play of Eric Rowe. He's not providing the sideline to sideline coverage and over the top help that the better safeties of the past have provided.

Considering byu has the WORST passer rating QB in the entire country, I think there will be several takeaways come Saturday.

Hill will throw as many touchdowns to Utah players as he does to byu
