Growth Mindset?

I'll start making some tee-shirts, and organize some pep rallies.

This phrase should increase test scores.

Love the premise of "growth midset". It is the essence of lifelong learning.
This makes great sense, but again requires consistent engagement of every student.

Having every student eagerly raising their hand to respond is every teacher's hope. Those lucky students who have had the support at home and in their community are prime to immediately feel the positive impact. It's that other segment of students who haven't had the support that this mindset will be most impactful. It just requires consistent engagement and lots of hard work.
